In the unfortunate occurrence where the order is detained or seized by foreign custom authority, the loss shall be placed completely under the responsibility of the purchaser, unless pharmacyontips is presented with any documented proof from the relevant authority or custom agency. In such incident, the purchaser is fully entitled to claim for a refund of the total amount paid as reflected duly in the invoice or similarly a free re-shipment could be processed.

In the scenario where the purchasers had provided incorrect shipping information that resulted in wrong delivery and/or shipment being returned to the sender, pharmacyontips does not take any responsibility for such losses. It is also to note that shipments to wrong addresses are usually not returnable due to discreet shipping.

In the instance where wrong products are received, the correct products will be resent without any additional charges on the condition that the returned wrong products are proper, completely unopened and unused.

Cancellation of paid order is not subjected to any refund.
