1. Pharmacyontips together with it’s
employees including physicians, dispensing pharmacies and all persons
related to the business operation shall not be liable for the use
of any product that was supplied. Liability lies with the purchasers
to exercise cautious when using any of the products under the specific
guidance of a licensed physician.
2. Pharmacyontips together with it’s employees including
physicians, dispensing pharmacies and all persons related to the
business operation shall not be liable and responsible for confirming
the importation requirements, regulations and proprietary third
party rights of the purchaser including the purchaser’s
country of origin. All products are shipped at ‘the sole
and full risk of the purchaser’ in agreement of holding
Pharmacyontips together with it’s employees including physicians,
dispensing pharmacies and all persons related to the business
operation reserved towards any form of legal actions that might
be brought against any purchaser if not adhering strictly to the
terms and conditions regulated and importation laws of the intended
country of origin.
3. In the occurrence in which the order is detained or seized
by foreign custom authority, the loss shall be placed completely
under the responsibility of the purchaser, unless there is documented
notification from the relevant authority is presented to Pharmacyontips.
In such scenario, the purchaser is fully entitled to claim for
a refund of the total paid amount as reflected duly in the invoice,
similarly a free re-shipment could be processed, which is on a
case-by-case basis.
4. Pharmacyontips will take full responsibility for the loss of
the delivery only provided it is “a traceable and properly
registered shipment was applied along with the integrity and the
correctness of shipping information provided by the purchaser.
5. In such case, the purchaser is fully entitled to file a claim
for a refund if the situation is as mentioned in section (3) and
(4) of this terms and condition. The due amount will be credited
back to the original account where the amount was debited. Pharmacyontips
will try all means to trace a missing order only upon notified
at least 12 days after the point where the shipment was initiated.
This process may take up of 30 days.
6. Pharmacyontips takes no responsibility in which orders processed
by Postal Service resulted in loss, wrong deliveries or damages
to the shipment.
7. In the scenario where the purchasers had provided incorrect
shipping information that resulted in wrong delivery and/or shipment
being returned to the sender, Pharmacyontips do not take any responsibility
for such losses. It is also to note that shipments to wrong addresses
are usually not returnable due to discreet shipping.
8. Product availability is subjected to changes without further
notice.
9. In the event where wrong product is received, the correct products
will be resent without any additional charges and that is provided
that the returned wrong products are proper, unopened and unused.
10. Any product that is found damaged due to the improper packaging
or handling by Pharmacyontips, shall be replaced and will be re-shipped
with any additional charges if the claim is proper and justified.
11. Cancellation of paid order is not subjected to any refund.
12. Customers are to agree not to initiate any disputes or claims
for payment for scenarios as highlighted and spelled out in sections
(2), (3), (4), (5) and (6), or for one reason or another that
would violate any terms and conditions regulated specifically
in our disclaimer notice. Any dispute and claims on charges and
payment that attempt to infringe any section of this disclaimer
is deem to be fraudulent and will be subjected to prosecution,
if necessary. In furtherance, you are deemed to have give up your
rights to any type of aids or assistance rendered by Pharmacyontips
in problems in relation with your purchase(s).
